Rates and Payment information

Rates: 

$500/hour for mediation, split equally between the parties.

$600/hour for litigation/ADR consulting.

$650/hour for arbitration, split equally between the parties.

Payment: 

Fees for mediation are payable the day of mediation.

Fees (deposit) for arbitration are payable in advance.

Cancellation Policy: 

$1,000 cancellation fee due if mediation or arbitration is cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled ADR conference.
