Highly effective mediation practice since 1993 with specialized expertise in real estate, agency, escrow, title, homeowner association, business and commercial disputes, labor and employment disputes, professional liability, fiduciary liability, and trust & estate litigation.  Mediator for more than 2600 litigated and non-litigated cases with a resolution rate exceeding  92%.  Representative cases include claims of seller and agent fraud, failure to disclose, mold and toxic hazards, breach of contract, specific performance, partition, easement and boundary disputes, commission claims and deposit disputes, title claims, foreclosure and lender liability, landlord/tenant, homeowner association disputes, business dissolution, employment disputes, including wage & hour, discrimination and harassment, professional and fiduciary liability, and trust & estate disputes. Appointed to the National Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.  Served as Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, Mediator and Settlement Referee for civil cases. MCLE Speaker on Effective Use of Mediation and Avoiding Malpractice in Mediation.
